SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 00, 2022 — Hayden AI Technologies, Inc. (“Hayden AI”), a leading smart city solutions provider that enforces traffic laws using advanced computer vision and deep learning technologies through its autonomous traffic management platform, today announced the appointment of Jeff Nielsen as Vice President of School Transportation.

Jeff Nielsen, VP of School Transportation

Nielsen’s appointment comes as Hayden AI expands its AI-powered traffic enforcement solution to help combat the millions of school bus stop-arm violations that occur each year. The company’s proprietary perception-based technology detects stop-arm violations, identifies the license plates of transgressors, and submits evidence of the violation to the authorized authorities for review.

“We’re thrilled to have Jeff on board,” said Chris Carson, Founder and CEO of Hayden AI. “His breadth of knowledge and experience in delivering innovative product success make him an incredible asset to the team. We look forward to his support in scaling our next generation enforcement solutions that are built using the Hayden AI platform.”

Nielsen joins Hayden AI with over 20 years of experience in technology and government contracting. He has held leadership roles in product and supply chain management at leading global transport solution providers and manufacturers. In his new role as VP of School Transportation, Nielsen will drive product strategy and optimize distribution for the company’s school bus stop arm enforcement solution.

“I’m excited to join Hayden AI at their ‘tipping point’ moment,” said Nielsen. “Hayden AI’s application of Artificial Intelligence at the roadside edge is meeting pressing needs, while illuminating tomorrow’s options to further deliver solutions that enrich our daily life.”

Nielsen is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through the Association for Supply Chain Management. He holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
